RETURNS & EXCHANGE INFORMATION
There is an exchange option but sadly there is no refund policy. Returns would only be generated if the product delivered to you has a manufacturing defect. In that case, you will get a full refund. In case you want to change the design of the sweater or the size that you received, it is possible. You can get any new design or size after you have shipped the original product back to us and we have received it. There is also an additional offer called store credits. You can use your store credits for this year to get our products during the next year’s holiday season.
Whatever you decide to do, the original product must be returned to us in its original state with all the tags intact and in unused condition. You cannot return any product after 30 days from the time it was originally received at your end. In case the returned product has been tampered with, used, washed, smells of smoke, has been in laundry, etc. we would ship it back to you. Additional shipping charges may imply in this regard.
